Mr. Art Cardenas is the head of the Immigration Department of the Law Offices of Leon J. Frommer. Prior to joining the Office in November of 2010, he has worked for one of the most prestigious and successful immigration law firms in the Los Angeles area where he successfully defended hundreds of clients from getting deported and helped people from different parts of the world achieve their dreams of coming to the United States to reunite with their families, work for companies, invest, and to perform.

Iris Frommer has recently arrived in the United States and is the wife of Attorney Leon Frommer. She comes from Zamboanga City in the Philippines and spent the last 6 years living and working in Binan, Laguna. Mrs. Frommer studied Criminology at Western Mindinao State University. She is the newest member of the staff and eagerly approaches her responsibilities with dedication and passion to help her Kababayan achieve their dream of living in the United States. She speaks English, Tagalog, Chavacano and Visayan.
Yolanda Guzman has been working with the Law Offices of Leon J. Frommer since 2009, first in the capacity of a Legal Assistant and is now the Office Manager. She comes from Tarlac City, Philippines and speaks English, Tagalog, Kampangan and Illiongo. In the Philippines she graduated from Miriam College Quezon City in 1989 with a B.A. in International Studies (Pre-Law).
After working in the fields of Research and Communication Yolanda is now applying her skills and background in the legal field concentrating on Immigration, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy. She is a very important member of the office and enjoys communicating and servicing our client’s needs to ensure the successful completion of the cases and claims.
Leny Antigua has recently joined the staff of Leon J. Frommer beginning January 2015 as a part time legal assistant. Leny has background in Nursing, graduated from University of Perpetual Help-Manila, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Currently she also work as Medication Technician. Leny speaks Tagalog, Bisaya and English. Leny’s nursing background gives her a unique perspective in assisting our client with medical legal issues. She has a strong background working with client and patient. Her background provides her with a better understanding of our personal injury’s medical issue. She eagerly approaches her work with dedication, integrity and passion for assisting of our clients in achieving their goals and hope for a future in the USA.
